In the role of Inbound Sales Advisor, you will need to be self-driven and goal-oriented, possessing a positively infectious attitude to address and resolve customer inquiries through various platforms, ultimately ensuring a satisfying customer experience. Responsibilities in this role include:
- Handling inbound calls
- Delivering customer service (billing) to subscribers of TV, Internet, and Voice services
- Processing payments, offering payment options, explaining bills, upgrading services (premium channels), and providing adjustments and credits as needed
- Pitching and closing sales
- Retaining customers by highlighting the value, benefits, and product plans associated with their accounts
- Availability to work shifts in a 24/7 environment (Essential)
Qualifications and Experience
Concentrix is an excellent fit for you if you possess:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center (Local/International)
- Experience in a customer service department handling technical or billing inquiries
- Sales experience (Inbound/Outbound)
- A Matric certificate
- A clear criminal record
- The ability to type at least 26 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Comprehensive knowledge of effective customer service processes
- An understanding of the call center industry
- Computer literacy with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems
