  • We are seeking a Regional Cash Processing Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of cash processing facilities within their designated area, ensuring alignment with the division’s and company’s overarching goals.
  • The primary objective of this role is to guarantee compliance with site-specific security protocols while consistently meeting client expectations in a professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Grade A PSIRA registration and accreditation
  • Clean criminal record
  • Preferably a formal banking qualification or relevant course in cash processing
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Must possess own transport and a valid, unendorsed driving license

Key Responsibilities: (Not exhaustive)

  • The Regional Cash Processing Operations Manager’s main responsibility is to effectively utilize available resources (staff and equipment) to meet the company’s objectives, reduce risks, and enhance profitability.
  • This role includes managing the region’s income and expenses in accordance with established budgets and providing explanations for any discrepancies.
  • Responsibilities also encompass the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of new and existing staff, ensuring high retention rates within the region.
  • The manager will plan, assign, and oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks, supervising all activities to foster staff and business growth.
