- The primary objective of this role is to guarantee compliance with site-specific security protocols while consistently meeting client expectations in a professional manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate or equivalent
- Grade A PSIRA registration and accreditation
- Clean criminal record
- Preferably a formal banking qualification or relevant course in cash processing
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Must possess own transport and a valid, unendorsed driving license
Key Responsibilities: (Not exhaustive)
- The Regional Cash Processing Operations Manager’s main responsibility is to effectively utilize available resources (staff and equipment) to meet the company’s objectives, reduce risks, and enhance profitability.
- This role includes managing the region’s income and expenses in accordance with established budgets and providing explanations for any discrepancies.
- Responsibilities also encompass the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of new and existing staff, ensuring high retention rates within the region.
- The manager will plan, assign, and oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks, supervising all activities to foster staff and business growth.
- Additionally, the regional manager will supervise middle and junior management within the region, ensuring that all managerial duties are executed efficiently and in compliance with the company’s disciplinary policies.

Additionally, the manager is tasked with submitting relevant weekly, monthly, and general reports to management and clients, as well as investigating incidents and providing detailed reports on those findings.
