Job Description

Raizcorp is seeking a recently graduated Human Resources professional who is enthusiastic and eager to acquire meaningful experience through a one-year internship within the human resources department.

The ideal candidate should possess a vibrant, positive attitude and a strong desire to learn, demonstrating a commitment to hard work and personal development within the organization.

A solid understanding of computer applications will be beneficial for applicants, as the role involves extensive use of our internal systems, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, and Word.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will collaborate with:

  • The HR Manager, assisting with various internal HR functions and projects.
  • The HR Officer, providing support specifically in learning and development as well as other HR administrative tasks.
  • The Recruitment Specialist, aiding with recruitment administration, room reservations, preparation of interview materials, and related activities.

Qualifications and Experience

No prior work experience is necessary for this position. Recruitment decisions will be based on the following criteria:

  • The quality of your CV, including grammar, spelling, attention to detail, and overall presentation.
  • Completion of a degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial and Organisational Psychology, or Organisational Learning and Development, as the nature of your qualification is essential.
  • Your academic performance during your university studies, with a focus on strong overall results.
  • Demonstrated leadership roles held during your time in school and university.
  • Your performance in the interview process.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, as the role requires confidence and comfort in engaging with various departments.
  • Your conduct and overall presentation are important to us. We seek individuals who align well with the culture of both the department and the organization.
  • Additionally, your willingness to engage fully for the entire duration of the internship is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

  • R4,600 cost to company per month
