Eligibility Criteria

Training Force offers learnerships for individuals aged 18–28 with at least a Grade 10 education. They accommodate both abled and disabled candidates. Learnerships are available across various sectors, including:

Construction
Business Services
Wholesale & Retail
Agriculture (AGRI-SETA)
Information Technology (MICT SETA)
Manufacturing & Engineering (MERSETA)
Transport & Logistics (TETA)
Hospitality (CATHSSETA)
Education, Training & Development (ETDPSETA)

These learnerships are 12 months long, combining theoretical and practical learning, and lead to qualifications registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) (trainingforce.co.za).

Application Process
