Eligibility Criteria
Training Force offers learnerships for individuals aged 18–28 with at least a Grade 10 education. They accommodate both abled and disabled candidates. Learnerships are available across various sectors, including:
- Construction
- Business Services
- Wholesale & Retail
- Agriculture (AGRI-SETA)
- Information Technology (MICT SETA)
- Manufacturing & Engineering (MERSETA)
- Transport & Logistics (TETA)
- Hospitality (CATHSSETA)
- Education, Training & Development (ETDPSETA)
These learnerships are 12 months long, combining theoretical and practical learning, and lead to qualifications registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) (trainingforce.co.za).
Application Process
- Complete the Online Application Form:
- Visit the Training Force Individual Learners page.
- Fill in the required details, including:
- Your province
- Whether you are disabled
- Your current status (unemployed, employed, studying, etc.)
- Preferred SETA and qualification

- Await SMS Invitation:
- If your application meets the requirements, you will be invited via SMS to attend a pre-training assessment test.
