Job Purpose
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the administrative, secretarial, and operational functions of the Regional Sales team, ensuring optimal efficiency in regional sales services. This position will provide the Regional Sales Teams with essential information and reports to facilitate the execution of sales initiatives and drive Sales Volume.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Monitor the progress of regional activity plans and collect feedback from sales teams (Trade Marketing Teams).
- Administer and track trading term contracts.
- Assist with Stock on Hand issues.
- Distribute internal and external communications.
- Support the compilation of Management Presentations.
- Manage and replenish office supplies and consumables.
- Address general inquiries from Sales Consultants.
- Reconcile regional reports.
- Organize and manage all Sales Team events, including quarterly briefings, management meetings, and monthly gatherings.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for trade visits and meetings.
- Oversee budget management (operational costs, campaigns, etc.).
- Maintain and update the CMD process.
- Assist with the allocation of sales orders.
- Manage and order promotional liquor.
- Load deals and process vendor payments.
- Assist with the ordering, splitting, and tracking of merchandising materials.
Asset Management:
- Oversee the ordering, delivery, and management of new or replacement mobile devices (laptops, cell phones, tablets).
- Assist with the ordering of new vehicles and the collection of old vehicles.
- Manage vehicle amendments.
- Process and follow up on glass claims and incidents.
- Liaise with dealers as necessary.
- Track license discs and fuel cards.
- Manage the fleet cost center.
- Ensure compliance with inspection procedures.
- Assist with cold space issues and upliftment.
