Introduction
Our client, a prominent player in the food manufacturing industry, is urgently seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of 26 cleaning personnel (General Workers).
The position is located in Catoridge.
We are in search of candidates with experience in supervising hygiene and cleaning teams, as well as a solid understanding of FSCC requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Prior experience in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of food safety protocols
- Familiarity with factory environments
- Strong leadership skills and effective people management
Candidates must be willing to work shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Supervisor will ensure that the team upholds the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the company’s facilities.
- This includes daily cleaning tasks both on the production floor and for equipment, as well as a comprehensive deep clean once a month using specialized equipment.
- The cleaning and hygiene responsibilities are extensive and not limited to the aforementioned tasks.
