The AgriSETA Learnership Programme is a national skills development initiative aimed at empowering South Africa’s youth to thrive in the agriculture and food production sector.
Backed by the Agriculture Sector Education and Training Authority (AgriSETA), the programme equips participants with both practical farm skills and industry-recognized training, turning unemployed youth into confident, employable agricultural professionals—or even future farm owners.

The main objectives of AgriSETA Learnerships are to:

Who Can Apply?

What Documents Do You Need?
Make sure to prepare the following:
- Updated CV (with any relevant skills or volunteer work)
- Certified copy of your South African ID
- Certified copies of your school or training certificates
- Proof of residence (e.g. utility bill, affidavit)
