Job Responsibilities
- Throughout the three-year CA training period (articles) as part of the Nedbank CA Training Programme, trainees will experience rotations across various divisions within the bank.
- Trainees are expected to manage deliverables within reasonable turnaround times that align with role specifications and rotations, while also identifying opportunities to enhance business processes and systems.
- It is essential for trainees to take initiative in their own Learning and Development, adhering to the SAICA Technical and Professional Skill Requirements.
- Active participation in the Nedbank CA Training Programme is encouraged through involvement in Programme committees and structures (e.g., Marketing Committee, Recruitment Committee, and Social Committee). This engagement, referred to as ‘Programme Involvement,’ aims to foster Professional Development while contributing positively to the Nedbank CA Training Programme.
- Trainees should also engage in initiatives that promote a culture supportive of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture-building activities (e.g., staff surveys).
