Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Managing multiple telephonic inquiries from Investors, Brokers, and Franchises.
- Resolving queries to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately documenting all interactions.
- Meeting targets for product knowledge and soft skills.
- Complying with risk and compliance standards.
- Providing updates to callers regarding the status of their requests.
