Introstat is pleased to announce an opportunity to participate in a “Sales-Focused Learnership,” which will take place over a fixed term of 12 months at our Johannesburg Office. Throughout this learnership, participants will work towards obtaining a Level 4 Qualification in Business Administration Services and will receive training aimed at developing skills necessary for a successful career in sales. There may be a possibility of securing a sales position within the company, contingent upon performance and availability, following the completion of the 12-month term. The learnership is scheduled to commence on 1 April 2025 and conclude on 31 March 2026.
We are seeking Matriculants who have successfully completed their Matric from 2022 onwards and are not currently enrolled in any tertiary education programs.
Candidates who meet the initial criteria will be interviewed by the hiring manager to assess their suitability for the role. It is important to note that continued employment after the learnership is not guaranteed if all requirements are not fulfilled.
We encourage successful applicants to demonstrate commitment, diligence, and enthusiasm throughout the 12-month training period. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your potential.
Participants will receive a monthly stipend during the learnership, and upon meeting all necessary requirements, they will be awarded a registered SETA qualification.

- Grade 12 Certificate (with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy)
- IT as a subject is advantageous
- Residence within 20km of Linbro Park
- Proficient English speaking and writing skills
